1. Make sure the person who owns the house knows we're going to trash his place. You're going to be drinking and spilling beer. There's going to be cigars and cigarette ashes on the floor, along with condoms, dildoes, pussies and bodily fluids. That person better be ready to clean up a big mess. Be sure to tell him you'll be around to help him clean up afterwards.

2. If you're in a condo and you own it, you can tell your neighbors to kiss your ass. But if you're in a co-op or rental, it depends on your neighbors.

3. Private houses are usually great. It depends on the agency. We charge more to leave the Borough of Manhattan - there aren't a lot of private homes in Manhattan.

4. You need space; you don't want to crowd a lot of people into a small space.
